Hi there,
I created a profile in the Express Entry pool a few months back. My CRS score is not very good and I know that I will not get an ITA given my low score.
Now, I am thinking of doing some studies in Canada as an international student. Will my student Visa officer know that I have an active PR application in the EE pool?
If he/she comes to know about that, what are my chances that the visa officer approves my student visa?
Or Should I delete my EE profile before applying for a student visa?

Please, clarify my doubts.

Jo Mud.

No, they are handled separately. Make sure you show enough funds and ties to your home country for your study permit application.

Having a profile in the pool is not an active PR application.
While it should not affect your application some people have been unfairly rejected exactly because of this reason.
