Courses, food and higiene, food safety both intermidiate,first aid, working in management, BII part 4(alcool licence) awarded by my former district court after an exam on legislation.
Managing between 20 and 30 staff on a 1.5 milion pound restaurant.
Is there a chance in canada for me, are this sort of people looking for mangers with this sort of knowledge.
