Hi, I received my Passport and COPR today. I would like to know, if i chose to go to a land border (Niagara?) and complete landing formalities will i be in time to get my PR Card before 31st Jan? I have travel plans on this date and would prefer completing this step before i travel. I could show confirmed travel tickets as proof of urgent processing. What are my chances? How do i proceed with urgent processing?
I am aware the PR Card processing time is currently 54 days, but will they consider urgent cases?
If chances are slim, i might as well do the landing on my return.

IRCC generally doesn't accept requests for urgent processing for new PR cards - only for renewals. Assume there's zero chance you'll have your PR card by Jan 31st if you land today.
