see i completed my 12th on april 2010 and from then to october 2010 i was waiting for my transcripts original then from october 2010 to july 2011 i was just volunteering in AIESEC which is an organization but i don't have any certificate for that and mean while i was deciding what course to take and through this i knew i wanted to do something in the management field so from July 2011 i decided i like a course in canada in algonquin a bachlors 4 year degree in managemnet and i got admission for sep 2012 intake so iwas preparing all documents and ielts and all the other stuff so i have a total of one year gap from 2010 to 2011 and up to 2012 i was preparing for the intake since my course starts only at sep 2012 i was preparing for it .so will this gap year be a problem .

funds : payed $ 7,150 first sem fees and got loan sanctioned of 20 lakhs ($37,000)
showing one year living and 2 years for study funds
my dads income 2,60,000 rs per month
4 year bachelors degree e-business and supply chain management in Algonquin

I had a lower profile than yours both academically and financially and I got my visa, You should be totally ok.Dont worry about the gap year as you can explain it in the SOP. I had a gap year as well and I explained it in my SOP and I got my visa...
