The best is Conditional Offer letter..... If you are working somewhere try to get a conditional letter from an employer there in Pakistan stated that we will offer him this position once he will done his studies in certain course.... it will show one strong home ties.... other then this u can tell any speciall thing related to ur family.. if u are a single child your parents can be great home ties.... your plots if agriculture and for home u can show property paper and try to get some quotations from some architects give u how much you have to spend building a home.....!!! will show your intentions.... could be anything!!! Hope the idea which i give u can open your "Mind" and u will start thinking on these lines....!!
