I have some confusion about the Coverage aspects of SuperVisa Medical Insurance. I am a PR here and planning to buy a SV Medical Insurance for my Parents (min coverage of $100000 CAD).

Well, you have to check the coverage of the specific insurance that you are getting.
Most travel health insurance only cover non-pre-existing condition and emergecy visit. Very few cover routine checkups.
