Sponsoring a spouse who lives outside Canada
Sent all the required documents to Sydney and do not know how will I follow up the status
1-Would they email her, email me or mail me?
2-Do they have a faster process for Syrian spouses living in Syria?

1. They will email you approx. 6-8 weeks after the application is received.

Like instructions or username and password for cic website?
And how they request biometrics and medical check up by mail also?

The first email will be an acknowledgment of receipt of your application if the application is okay and not missing any required document.
The Acknowledgment letter may be sent to your email if you provided it in your application.

Once you have an application number and the unique client id, you could link your application on line. With that you can have access to it and check status of your application
