hi evryone i want to know that what will be status of those applicants who send their applications in may,2010 i want to tell u that my application reached NS on 6th may2010 and my NOC is 4131 how new changes will effect these kind of applications.

thanx for telling one thing more i would like to know that i did not get initial response for CIC after how long they will give first reply on our application
one thing i will like to mention that i send my application with out IELTS wether it will effect the initial assesment.
No, It wont affect, ur file will be assessed according to rules that were in effect at that time

If it is received after 26th June, even if mailed before that date, it will be treated as per new rules.
