Thats a really abstract topic but you can make your own story and elaborate. I was asked about a gift presented to a person and why was that gift important and what impact it had after you presented the gift.

yeah I make a good story but there is still something missing that can't be filled in such type of topic ,he keep putting me questions regarding zoo in 1st part ,then i thought he may ask me a Q card on " A visit to zoo" or something like that
but it was completely different

I must say your Q card is easiest one ,You are lucky

i speak well ,Now all depends on the examiner
