I know this proof of funds at landing topic has already been discussed at length on this forum, so please just bear with me.

I will be doing a short landing at the Toronto airport in a few weeks. There's not enough time for me to get a cashier's cheque from my bank and I don't wish to travel with cash. So I was thinking of transferring money to myself and presenting the receipt during landing.

Has anyone tried this method before? Did you encounter any issues? Thanks for sharing your experience!
