I Applied for WES and got my evaluation. My full name is Rinil Paul V, Rinil is my given name, Paul is my Father's Name, and V is short for my Family name. My name in WES certificate is V, RINIL PAUL. Is this wrong or right?

Don't worry. Nothing wrong in that. They just write the last name first. There is a comma after V. This indicates V is the last name.
