WES "waiting for required documents"

Hello guys,

I need quick help. My documents reached to WES.

My university placed my educational documents (Bachelor, master and further study documents) in three envelopes (each envelop for each degree) and sealed it. Then I placed them inside one big envelope and couriered it to WES, since my university doesn't send it directly. Also, I wrote WES reference number on all the envelopes. Out of these documents, only one certificate (further study) is verified and accepted. Whereas other two degree certificates were not verified by WES and showing status not received and not accepted.

Could anyone help me in this regard? Did I miss anything here? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it takes some time. Documets must have reached WES but they haven't opened your packet, as and when they will unseal the envolpe then there will be change in status
