I need some information. I got the transcripts for bachelor degree for my wife. She has comoleted Masters. So i applied for transcripts for Masters. In the sealed envelope provided from university for Masters, the guy who couriered to my address used the envelope directly mentioning the address in the sealed envelope.
Will WES consider this envelope still valid?? Can is send this envelope to wes for evaluation which has my address written and sealed by university?.

As long as you have not opened the sealed envelope that you received from your university, you can printout WES address with your reference number and stick it on your address that has been mentioned on the envelope.

You can send both Bachelors and Masters sealed envelope that you received from your university/college in a master envelope with the reference number mentioned on all the envelopes.
