WES - Transcript and Institute Name

I have cleared my M.Com and B.Com from Mithibai College, Mumbai, India(Affiliated with Mumbai University).

1. From where should I get the transcripts from for WES?
2. What should I mention as Institute name ( Mithibai College or University of Mumbai) ?

Your university will issue transcripts and institute should be college name it will be available in the drop down menu if WES has addedd your college name under their list.
Once the application is submitted you should reach your college with document copies for attestation(principal signature and stamp). After attested copies need to be submitted to your university for transcripts
