WES - The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the

Hi All,

I have got my WES report and it states the following:
"The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above"

Name on WES and PASSPORT: XXXXXXX YYYYYYY Aaaaaaaa Bbbbbbbbb (A B - my initials expanded)

Name on all my Education Certificates: XXXXXX YYYYY AB


The reason is that, the name in all my degree certificates are XXXX YYYYY A B - where the A B is the short form of my last name. Whereas in my passport i have my initial A B expanded as Aaaaaa Bbbbbbbb and the same in WES as well.

So how do I support this. Can I give a LOE and an affidavit. Is there any particular template for the affidavit. Please help. Provide me any forum thread that answers this.

You have to get new academic degree certificates with name corrected, or you can get a name change document showing both names belong to you.

The easiest way is to reapply with a corrected diploma, it will save you from having to explain this in your PR too.

Hi, Even my initials are not expanded in my degree certificate but my passport has my name expanded. Could you guide me how this was rectified?
