Regarding the degree certificates that needs to sent to WES, I have two options: one is a certificate in Afrikaans with the seal of the university; and the other is a certificate translated to English that does not contain the seal and is marked as a translation.
I can't send WES an message without a reference number so I'm asking here. Which one should I send to WES?
