wes revised report

Hi i Have received my wes original report on 18 sept 2014 but i had encountered a mistake in the report and informed the wes . they send me a revised report on 15 th oct 2014 .

the question is do i need to put an explaination letter about the mistake to cic or no need just send original revised letter issued by WES is enough .....

Have you already submitted your application to CIC? If not, just send the revised report and no need for explanation to CIC.

Can you also mention the particular mistake that was made by WES? It will help me give you the appropriate advice.
