Hello,
I have completed my Bachelor (4years) engineering from India and then I completed my Masters (2years) engineering from Canadian University.
Do I need to do WES for my Indian degree (Do I get an extra points if I do that) ?

You can claim points for your highest level of education only.
So, don't waste your time and money on WES if you already have a Canadian master's. Put your Indian bachelor's in the personal history section post-ITA
