WES report says: The credential is not comparable - can I apply to PNP?

I received a report from WES, it says:

• CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY: Two and a half years of undergraduate study
• Status: Recognized Institution
• Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

I graduated from high school in my country and then went to university, but I only completed 2.5 years of study there.

Can I apply for immigration programs that require a minimum level of high school education with remark "The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential" ?

Well you would need ECA for high school education. This is just two year of undergraduate studies, so no points. So not sure what PNP would accept no ECA.

How would that change his assessment. He didn’t graduate from post secondary. He went for a couple of years and got equivalency for it.

This happened with me..ves did not consider my nursing degree equivalent to canadian degree..then someone suggested me to choose iqas afterward i got my assessment

But OP never graduated from post secondary so why would IQAS give degree equivalency for an unfinished program.

The problem is, the school I attended has been closed for a long time and I can't find anyone who could send an envelope with my high school grades to WES.....

You need to contact WES and ask what to do.

I write to them, they respond for a very long time and unfortunately the robot responds... you I add a completed degree.

On the WES website in the help section, I found such information... it's strange why then my report say
The credential is not comparable....

Do I need to send my secondary school documents if I also attended a university?
If you have completed at least one year of post-secondary study, you typically do not need to submit your secondary (high school) documents unless the institution you are applying to requires it. Please review the required documents for the country or territory where you studied for detailed instructions.

So for Express Entry that gives no points.

I'm currently waiting for the IQAS high school diploma assessment, which will be enough for the provincial Immigration program.
