WES process query on 2 or more certificates for Express Entry.

Hi All,
I have done 3 courses Diploma, BE, and MBA. I joined the diploma and BE as a lateral [direct second year]. I also have MBA degree in distances education.
I want to know if WES allows us to evaluate only BE and MBA courses without diploma course.

Diploma - 2 years [Direct second year]
BE - 3 years [Direct second year]
MBA - 2 years [Distance education]

Usually WES only will assess the highest degree so MBA.
