WES procedure for 2019

Hello,

All my degrees are from Mumbai University.
I have MCA degree as the highest education qualification. While applying for ECA do I need to get transcripts done for Bachelors degree as well?

In MCA all semesters are University organised, would I still need anything from the college?

In case I have to attach documents for Bachelors; marksheets for first four semesters would be attested by college and last 2 semesters would be done by university, am I correct?
