My certificates from Delhi Technological University(earlier called Delhi College of Engineering) are not accepted, I had passed in 1992. I do not understand whats happening here. Can anyone throw light on it.
This is what the email says:
Statement of Marks (University Issued and Attested) | Not Accepted
Reason: WES received your mark sheets from the affiliated college you attended. However, WES requires that your university both issue and attest your university mark sheets.
Instructions: Please ask your university to issue and attest your university mark sheets and send to WES in a sealed envelope that is stamped or signed on the back flap by the appropriate official.
How did you send your transcripts ? Did university send them ? Because form what I can make out of the reason they are giving is the transcripts and mark sheets were not attested by the university which maybe due to the reason the name has changed and they are using new stamps, This could have probably triggered this issue.
