Hi can anyone help me with documents checklist that we have to personally send to wes.
Wes is only asking for masters degree photocopy and bachelors degree photocopy
Rest needs to be sent by university directly.

Do i need to send anything else like passport photocopy or marriage certificate in case of last name change of my wife.

Do i need to send them the application form as well?
