WES - Level of Education for Bachelors & Masters - (WES Assessed as Masters)

Guys, thought to clear this once. The place where we need to declare our Level of Education, suppose we have 2 degrees - Bachelors and Masters and has been assessed by WES as Masters.

(1) Added Line for Bachelors in EE Profile - Level of Education - Should this be Bachelors or Masters? As WES only gives you one final assessment? I have currently put this as Bachelors.
(2) Added Line of Masters in EE Profile - Level of Education - Masters (No confusion here)

One more issue - I am unable to download the ECA Report PDF.

Note: It has been completed today. I can see the online version though.

You don't need to upload the ECA report until you get an ITA and complete the forms.

Since your final assessment is Master's, I would list the both credentials with the same ECA reference code and claim points for master's, which is anyway, the assessed level.
