WES/ IQAS assessment for Pakistani credentials

Hi, I have done BSc Mechanical Engineering (4 years program) from a recognized Pakistani university and after that I did Masters in English literature from another recognized university . Now that these two degrees are unrelated, should I go with IQAS or WES assessment in order to get assessment equal to Master's degree? Also, the masters that i did is a 2 years program for regular students, but i appeared as a private student and took all papers (both part 1 & 2) in a single sitting. Would it have an impact on the assessment?
