WES - Incorrect equivalency report 2 Years MBA as bachelors

There seems to some Issue with WES Equivalency Tool . I checked in few days back with the tool for MBA 2years and it showed its Equivalency in Canada =MBA and now all of sudden it has started showing 4 years bachelors? I was just about to send in the Documents today and i have kept it on the hold as of now. I have heard instances from people that WES is not considering 2 years masters as masters and why is that exactly?

Here look at the images with date/time stamp. it is beyond my understanding. what changed and where?

My question to senior here are as follows:
1. which ECA authority is accrediting 2 year MBA as MBA (fastest)? IQAS/CES/ICES ?
2. 4 years bachelors would count as two or more degrees?

Suggest use some other organization. im MBA with 17 years study and they gave me 4 year bachelor equivalent
