WES ICAP Course-by-Course evaluation after 5 years

I have my WES evaluation completed in 2016.

I want to send ICAP Course-by-Course evaluation to my Licensing body.

The WES help center says the evaluation reports do not expire and I can order duplicate copies of my evaluation report at any time. I already have Document-by-Document Evaluation (ECA) which was sent to IRCC.

Now I want to send ICAP Course-by-Course evaluation to my Licensing body.

While clicking on the upgrade report I'm getting the message "Based on your previous selections, we have determined that you will need to submit a new application to upgrade your report."

Do I need to go to all my universities again and send all my transcripts to WES again? Is there any option to do ICAP Course-by-Course without doing the entire process once again starting from universities? I'm not staying currently in the province / state I studied and again going to universities for sending the transcripts to WES is really challenging.

What are my options?

You dont have to send your docs again to WES. They will take your docs from previous application only. Just start the new application and ignore the required documents part.

I have a question

My institution requested for WES ICAP evaluation (the main reason for this evaluation is to connect my old name with my new name ) I have 2 WAEC results 2013(bad) and 2022(passed)

WES requested for 2013 result for evaluation

My question is can I use this evaluation with my 2022 result for admission? or I will have to resend 2022 result for evaluation ?

How did you proceed with the WES ICAP?

I am also trying to upgrade from WES document by document to WES course by course. I can see basic option, but not ICAP.


Also, did you have to send in all transcripts again from university , when you did the upgrade ?
