wes evalution for bs, ms and PGD

I am sorry this topic is not new, but need some specific answers based my situation.

Education summary:
BS in Computer Science - USA
MS in Software Engg - USA
PGD in Project Mngt - Canada

Now, my university from BS has closed all the operations. I do have their sealed copy of transcript though. My MS university is listed in WES database, so I don't think there is an issue. I know that I don't need to get my PGD evaluated.

Now what is the best option for me to proceed with WES?
Send all the transcripts possible
Send MS, but not BS

Send just the MS - they are likely to evaluate it as Masters and that would be your highest degree so that's good.

I did evaluated my masters and it looked good in WED system.

So you suggest just going with Masters?
