My WES Evaluation got expired 3 years back now I want to add new credential ie : degree from United States and get it re evaluated with new credentials. So , should I create new account or use the same as I had reference number already.
Also what is the Address on which transcripts need to be send. Has IRCC changed its address? As I am getting different answers from people regarding address.
