I think you can choose master's only if the ECA report says so. I know of instances where three year bachelor's + two year master's were certified as two bachelor's (four years).

Its:Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. In the 67 eligibility criteria you will get 22 points and in the CRS you will get the points equivalent to Masters.

Hi,
I am about to do ECA via WES. I have some queries regarding the documents submission. I have masters and Bachelors from India. I did both from same University. But my bachelors is thru affiliated college belonging to the same University.
1) I already took transcripts 3 years back. Is that okay or should they be new?
For Bachelors - I have consolidated and individual transcripts But for masters I have only individual transcripts is that ok or I need to submit consolidated as well.
3) Can I submit all masters and bachelors transcripts in one sealed envelope attested and signed or do I need to do seperately for each transcript?
Please help me with these things. Would be helpful.
Thanks,
Sangamitra.

1. WES requires your university to directly send a sealed envelope with the transcripts. So I am quite certain you will have to request the university to issue a fresh set.
2. For bachelor's, my uni had sent a consolidated statement whereas for master's, my institution sent separate documents for each academic year.
3. I am not sure though it is logical that if the same university registrar is issuing the documents, they should send it by one courier. I suggest you email WES and get this clarified. It will save both time and costs.
I wasn't sure if the envelope from the uni would have the degree certificates, so I had emailed WES asking about this. They asked me to fax the degree certificates, mentioning the WES reference number. So, you can fax them to WES.
