I competed an associate degree and then a bachelor’s degree. After that, I moved to Canada, completed a postgraduate program and received a certificate of achievement.
When creating my Express Entry profile, I can select ‘two or more degrees, one of which is at least three years.’ Do I need still need a WES evaluation if I completed my last postgraduate program in Canada? If yes, which degrees need to be evaluated?
Is Canadian post graduate program a degree of more than 3 years? If not you need ECA for bachelor’s and equivalency of 3 years to count “two or more”. Right now you count points for a one/two year diploma.

thank you for your answer. My Canadian post-graduate certificate is 1 year only. My Bachelor’s is 3.5 years engineering degree. Do I understand correctly that when I get ECA for my bachelor’s, I can be eligible for “two or more”?
