WES EVALUATION IN RELATION TO PROVINCE

As per ECA Summary Report(WES) my education's Canadian equivalency is : diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (Four years), so how many points will I get based on this for applying through Express entry for immigration to canada?

Whether it is equivalent to two or more degrees or diplomas(i.e.22 points) or only bachelors(i.e.21 points).
I did diploma before bachelors in same stream.

Someone please help as my eligibility for applying through express entry depends on this one point as i get 66 points if my qualification points are 21..(for province)

Highest degree in case of sinp means 15 points or 20 ..if 20 with what ev

I have earlier completed my ECA report from wes canada for express entry.
Now i need to upgrade wes report to course by course basis for ICAP.Do i need to resend my documents to WES canada.
