Applied to upgrade from Document by Document to Course By Course ECA Report on 02-Jul-2019. From 03-Jul-2019 to 28-Jul-2019 The status was "In Progress" and mentioned that "We have received your documents and we are reviewing your documents. You do not need to do anything". suddenly on 29-Jul-2019, i seen that my application status is "On Hold". The reason mentioned in both the degree is "WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution " . Other reason is " statement of mark is not accepted". My University sent in 1 bunch of documents which is containing Degree Certificate, Statement of Marks and Transcripts and they sent directly to WES. And WES accepted that documents and completed Document by Document ECA report on 19-Nov-2018.
So Could you please let me know that is your university needs to send the documents again or the sent document were accepted... What and how you did could you please let me know... or what should i do please suggest.
It may take some time for WES to update the received documents. If you have your courier tracking ID you can track if WES has received your marksheet or not.
My masters documents were delivered to WES on 20 October 2020 - status - Received- on 23 October 2020 - status- Evaluating
My Bachelors documents were delivered on 28 October 2020 - status - We are processing you newly received documents
And, since then my status has not yet updated. It has been almost a month already. I have raised the ticket on their website but nothing has happened so far. Can someone please help me understand this process ?

WES received my documents on 25/092024. then they updated on 25/09/2024and currently, my status in my WES account is as below. I am confused.
