WES Evaluation : Express Entry

Hi,

I am Indian citizen I hold two degree MBA from Singapore & B.E(IT) from India

But on WES page when I am uploading my MBA degree it also asking for secondary education certificate , is this mandatory or just I can ignore this.

Please include your secondary education and higher education study for analysis."}

I need evaluation of my Bachelor of Engineering and MBA degree.
