I have encountered a very strange situation. After a few weeks waiting for the WES evaluation response I have received the following message: "WES received your academic documents with a photocopy of the apostille. However, before we can complete your evaluation, WES needs your certified academic documents with the original apostille. We cannot accept a photocopy of the apostille." This cannot happen, because I did not even photocopied the documents at all and sent the original sealed documents to WES. I have written to their support, but there is no answer. Has somenone happened to appear in the same situation?
