WES evaluated my masters degree to 4 year bachelors

I have a 3-year bachelors degree and a 2-year masters degree from recognized universities in India. But WES evaluated it to a 3-year and a 4-year degrees.

My Masters degree is Master of Arts. Would that affect the evaluation?

May it's best to try IQAS and evaluate only your 2-year masters degree to avoid confusion.

They go through your transcripts and see the number of courses/credits you have taken to provide an equivalent. If the number of courses/credits equal to Master degree of Canada, then they would award Master as evaluation. Try IQAS, but there is no guarantee of the outcome.
