My 2 year MBA from NMIMS MUMBAI was evaluated as 1 year Postgraduate diploma by WES because of which I lost a lot of points. Can you advise if there is any other institution other than WES which will evaluate my MBA as Canada Masters equivalent.

I think you should have gone for IQAS.
As much as I know, people have got positive results or Masters equivalence for their online MBA degrees from IQAS.
I would advice, please confirm with people who have done this in the past.
