WES ECA REPORT CLARIFICATION

I got my WES completed and ECA report on hand last week. In the first line of the report it is mentioned as "The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above." Could you please clarify what needs to be done in this situation. Will this create a problem while applying for PR process?

Name on Credentials: Malini Sudha R

Is one of the above name exactly same way mentioned on your passport?

If yes, then you can just add, notarised affidavit, " One and the same person". With standard format available online as well as with notary guy. Just attach that and you will be good to go.
