I've seen all the debates between people about whether a one semester qualification e.g. Postgraduate Diploma (one semester) on an ECA from WES allows you to put two or more degrees, certs, diplomas...

I'm not looking to start another debate!

I'm interested in hearing from people who have either been accepted or rejected with this on their ECA. So facts only please!
