WES Eca hasnt arrived yet. Can I submit a printed PDF from the report?

Hi, I am at the verge of applying for express entry.
Ielts done
ECA done

but, my ECA report (which was finished dec 2018) has not arrived yet until now (april 2019).

Can I just print the PDF result and use that in case I get an ITA?

Yes you can. The softcopy is basically the same as the hard copy. Did you choose to receive it by standard mail?

Yes standard mail. I wasnt in a hurry and didnt mind the tracking it back in dec 2018. but I started to worry now since it hasnt arrived yet
