WES ECA error

Hello Experts,
I have masters degree from Mumbai University (12+3+2). I received WES ECA and they evaluated it to 1 year post-graduate diploma (and bachelors degree). that means one or more professional degree.

As they not evaluated me masters I lost precious 7 points.

My friend who done college+university with me has been evaluated Masters for same degree.
when i gave them his WES ref#, they replied to me that his evaluation is wrong but mine is correct and they cannot do anything.

Can you suggest what can I do ?

There is probably nothing you can do.

Sometimes WES - and IRCC for that matter - makes errors in the applicant's favour. And just because someone else benefitted from an error doesn't mean you should or will.

If you were 100% certain that your post-graduate program is a Master's degree, I suspect you would have posted more details about it here.

For same course my friend evaluated to Masters. I tried doing protest, but couldn't do much.

You can always go for a second ECA from any other designated organization, WES is not the only one.
