I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering after 2 years of Pre-University College (PUC)
Do I need to submit my Pre-University College transcripts for evaluation too ?
I read in one of the forums that Diploma after 10th is considered as "Diploma" only whereas after 12th as "Bachelors".
My highest degree is BS in Engineering Technology off campus degree.
Please let me know. Thanks.
