I am on process to get my master's degree certified by the WES. I have provided master's degree certificates and they got accepted by WES. WES is now requesting bachelor's degree certificates. But The university where I pursued my Bachelor's is permanently closed in India. Please advise how this situation can be reported to WES. I have the Bachelor's degree but the university itself is closed and WES can not do the cross verification with that university.
