I would like to know the documents that should be included in the Sealed Envelope for an Health Professional applying apart from
1) Photocopies of Original Degree certificates attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office
2)Transcripts (or) photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office
3) WES Academic Records Request Form
Do I need to send Internship Completion Certificate also?
Photocopies of OD should be Colored or Black n White?
Am I missing anything else apart from the above please notify me
sir with due respect, i think you need to send Original ECA report from MCC. it is a mandatory report now and it should be recent one along with xerox photocopies of ur degree, transcripts. it is the only accepted proof of of education i think.

If you have specified an occupation on your application that requires provincial/territorial licensing, and CIC has designated a professional body for that occupation, you must provide an original ECA report issued by the designated professional body indicating that your completed foreign educational credential is equivalent to the Canadian educational credential required to practice that occupation in one or more provinces or territories in Canada.
