WES documentation for Indian citizens

I want to get my ECA done from WES, I am from India and I have done post grad from amity university. My query is does WES consider amity university degree or not and secondly I did Bachelor of Engineering in my grad ,
1.Do I need to send transcripts for my graduation also.
2.Does university easily provide transcripts?
3. My grad is from MDU Harayana , Can I authorize someone to collect transcript on my behalf.

This is what is stated in WES website

""For all applicants submitting a Master’s Degree or PGDip earned on top of a three year Bachelor’s Degree (12+3+2) for evaluation, WES requires that you provide your Bachelor’s degree documents, otherwise WES cannot complete the evaluation.""

MY grad is B.E in computers which is a 4 year course..... DO I need to send transcript for my grad or only post grad transcripts will be sufficient.

I have a similar query here. My UG degree has been evaluated by WES as a 4 yrs bachelor degree. Now I would like to evaluate by MBA, which I did through distance education. Should I provide my UG transcript again? Or can I just mention my UG ECA report number?
