WES- Degree Certificate accepted but Consolidated Marksheet was rejected

Hi ,
My current status on WES website is waiting for the documents. WES needs individual mark sheets , but i have mark sheets only for 7 semesters , and i don't have Mark sheet for 8th semester as it was not issued by the university. We were issued a Consolidated Mark sheet which includes all the semesters . I have been trying to get Signatures on individual Mark sheet for all my 8 semesters , but the university is not agreeing to give signature on individual Mark sheet . Can someone advise how to take this further .

Get a transcript instead.

I had sent WES the below documents yesterday, will they accept all these

1) Degree Certificate - transcripts - Attested & signed by Controller of Examinations , Anna University, chennai
2) Consolidated Mark sheet - Transcript with Photo - Attested & signed by Controller of Examinations , Anna University, chennai
3) WES - Academic Request form - Attested & signed by Controller of Examinations , Anna University, chennai

Anna University, chennai - will not issue Transcripts for Individual Marksheets, hence I sent all these in the sealed envelope provided by the university and also added the copies of Provisonal& degree Certificate.

Is this enough for evaluation.
