I intend to immigrate to Canada and thus submitted my credentials to be evaluated by WES through Mail transcripts to be mailed in sealed envelope by the University. My Masters and Bachelors of Science were successfully re-verified, however I was shocked to hear that my Bachelor of Education was found to be a fraudulent document. After following up with the university for a couple of weeks, I have been informed that I was cheated by mail transcripts who have forged the university seal and sign.
WES has informed me that they will not process any other documents submitted for evaluation, and will not accept any future applications.
How can I revert back and support my claim that my certificate is authentic and the fraud was done by the agents?
Also wanted to know if it was possible to get my credentials evaluated through another evaluation body?
First of all, you violated WES's terms of service by using a third party service like mailtranscripts.com/mail transcripts to obtain and send your documents to WES. WES terms of service clearly mention that the copy of the certificate has to sent by you and the transcripts have to sent by the University, it would be naive for you to think that WES, who has been into this business for 40 odd years, would get fooled easily.
There is nothing that can be done for you regarding WES. WES also notifies all recipient of documents about completed documents, uncompleted and forged/fake documents, which includes you and the IRCC.
You can try getting your credentials evaluated from another evaluation body, but, I am afraid that the forged document incidence would have already been sent to IRCC and would come up during your background check once you have submitted your ITA.
