WES Credential Evaluation process University of Pune

I am currently in U.S.A and I would like to get my transcripts from Pune University.

Wanted to know whether I can submit the application online(i.e the form, self attested mark-sheets and paid challan copy) and avoid couriering the documents to my parents and them having to go in person to submit the same?
And also what is self attested? Do we have to write "True copy of the original" and sign below it or just simply sign on the right hand side down corner?
