Hi All,

Good day!

I have completed my bachelors in Engineering from MDU University, Rohtak. After working for few years in India, I received an opportunity from Singapore and relocated to Singapore for Work. Now, I am planning to apply for Canada Immigration and need to get my education credentials evaluated from WES before I apply. When I was in India(5 years ago), I got my transcript from MDU university in sealed envelope. I checked WES website and It mentions that WES accepts transcripts directly from institutions. So, I checked MDU website and there is no online services available for transcript services. MDU requires candidate/someone to physically visit the MDU Rohtak and get this done.

I would like to know, Is there any exception from WES for expats living abroad and wants education assessment. In my case, If I send my transcript by myself will WES accept and perform education assessment ?
