I studied in an American University in my home country. This school is affiliated with UC Berkeley. WES report says Country: United States in my report even though in reality the country where I was studying was my home country.
Is this incorrect? Should this be fixed? Needs LOE?
What should I select for country under Study and languages > Education history?
Thanks
I think they use the address of the main university not the affiliate.

So then it's all correct, no need to LOE or anything?

To be totally sure, just explain it in your LOE as a separate paragraph.

You do put the country as the US but you have to put in a LOE when completing your document checklist. It would ask for a US PCC and you input your letter of explanation along with a transcript or something showing the program was done locally. At least that’s what I did. My degree certificate had both foreign and local schools written on it so I attached that with the LOE where it asked for the foreign PCC
